1、担任中国南方电网有限责任公司2017年度重大境外项目服务团队成员，以英文为工作语言为该企业在欧洲进行并购业务提供法律监理服务；

2、担任澳门梦龙文创产业有限公司并购项目的境内律师团队负责人，与境外律师团队一起，为客户制定跨境并购方案和拟定相关合同和文件，涉及标的为一亿伍仟万人民币；

3、担任澳门南光集团下属公司境外并购的境内律师团队负责人，为客户境内资产处置出具法律意见书和提供法律咨询服务；

4、担任澳门华人银行股份有限公司跨境抵押、结汇项目的境内律师团队负责人，为客户拓展境内近十亿房地产业务出具法律意见书和提供法律咨询服务；

5、担任中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份公司粤港澳三地商标法律服务项目的境内律师团队负责人，为客户商标申请、转让、授权使用等提供完整方案和法律咨询服务；

6、担任澳门大学创新创业中心“粤澳创新创业基础法律培训课程”的授课导师，为澳门大学的创业团队传授公司法、知识产权法相关的法学理论知识和实务经验，获得中心与创业团队一致好评；

7、担任江西樟树冠京香料有限公司跨境并购项目的境内律师团队成员，为客户制定跨境并购方案和拟定相关合同和文件，涉及标的为贰亿人民币；

8、担任广东云湃科技有限责任公司境外高新技术委托开发和引进项目的境内律师团队负责人，以英文为工作语言为客户拟定相关合同和文件，参与谈判，涉及标的为壹亿人民币。

 

Accumulating rich experience in providing specific legal services to clients, which are from all over the world. Related project experiences include but are not limited to:

(1) Served as a team member in legal team and provided legal supervision services in mergers and acquisitions project of the Southern China Power Grid Co. in Europe.;

(2) Served as the team leader in legal team to assist the Shareholders of Macau Dreamland Industry Co., Ltd. to sell their shares to investors from the Mainland China. Successfully prepared the contracts and related documents. This project involved more than RMB 150,000,000.00 investment;

(3) Served as the team leader in legal team to issue Legal Opinions and offer legal consulting services to subsidiaries of Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited for their overseas mergers and acquisitions;

(4) Served as the team leader in legal team to issue Legal Opinions and offer legal consulting services to Macau Chinese Bank for its cross-border mortgage and foreign exchange settlement projects;

(5) Served as the team leader in legal team to offer legal consulting services to Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd for its trademark protection project;

(6) Served as the instructor in "Guangdong-Macao Innovation and Entrepreneurship Basic Legal Training Course" for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of the University of Macau;

(7)  Served as the team member in legal team to assist the Shareholders of Jiangxi Zhangshu Guanjing Perfume Co., Ltd. to sell their shares to investors in the cross-border M&A project. Successfully prepared the contracts and related documents. This project involved more than RMB 200,000,000.00 investment;

(8)  Served as the team leader in legal team for Guangdong Yunpai Technology Co., Ltd. in the overseas high-technology development and introduction project. Using English as the working language, successfully prepared the contracts and related documents, and participated in negotiations. This project involved more than RMB 100,000,000.00 investment.
